POSITION SUMMARY
The opportunity.
The Regional Alignment Manager is responsible for supporting continued alignment across assigned Walldrift North activities.
This position works with regional leadership and appropriate organizational functions to identify alignment needs, address areas of misalignment, and support established Walldrift priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll be responsible for.
Maintain alignment between assigned regional activities and Walldrift priorities.
Identify conditions that may affect continued alignment.
Coordinate alignment activities across appropriate functions.
Maintain required alignment documentation.
Support periodic alignment reviews.
Communicate alignment concerns to regional leadership.
Assist with long-range alignment planning.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Professional experience supporting organizational or regional alignment.
Strong understanding of applicable alignment principles.
Ability to identify and communicate alignment concerns.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work across multiple functions and priorities.
Previous regional alignment experience preferred.
