POSITION SUMMARY
The opportunity.
The Facilities Strength Manager is responsible for maintaining the strength, readiness, and continued reliability of facilities throughout Walldrift North.
This position works with local leadership and appropriate organizational resources to identify strength needs, coordinate strength activities, and support established Walldrift strength requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you'll be responsible for.
Maintain appropriate facility strength throughout Walldrift North.
Monitor conditions that may affect continued strength.
Identify areas requiring additional or modified strength.
Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled strength activities.
Maintain appropriate records related to strength activities.
Work with local leadership and other Walldrift personnel as required.
Support organizational readiness and continuity objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
What you'll bring.
Demonstrated experience supporting facility strength or related activities.
Working knowledge of applicable strength principles and practices.
Ability to recognize conditions affecting continued strength.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and across organizational functions.
Previous experience in a large operating environment preferred.
